Both artistes were nominated in the category of ‘International Act.’ The list nominees was made public Tuesday, May 15, 2018. The 2018 BET Awards is scheduled to hold on Sunday, June 25, 2018 at the Microsoft Theater, Los Angeles, California, United States. Davido who was recently crowned Artist of the Year at the recent Headies 2018 had won the award in 2014. Davido will this time around compete against fellow Nigerian-Tiwa Savage, Cassper Nyovest from South Africa, Stormzy and J Hus from UK among others. According to the Federal Executive Council on Wednesday, no federal university should charge tuition fees. The Minister of State for Education, Anthony Anwuka, stated this while briefing State House correspondents after the cabinet meeting presided over by Vice President Yemi Osinbajo. Daily Trusts reports that the minister said the council discussed the school fees being charged by various universities “and noted that as of law, no federal university should charge tuition fees.” Anwuka, also stated that the council understood that some federal universities charged fees per course unit, saying that the government would investigate and make sure it is stopped. The minister said the National Universities Commission had been directed to clarify and update the council on the matter. “We understand some universities now charge fees per course unit and we are going to make sure that we investigate that properly and make it stop. “Students can pay other auxiliary fees, but not in excess.

Nigerian singer  Wizkid  has joined many other celebrities who are reacting to the assurance which  Davido  has given to his new love  Chioma  as she clocked 23 years. Davido had given his girl a Porsche car and many people have reacted either negatively or positively over the length he went to prove his love. Wizkid reacted to this with a post that seems he was trolling Davido or someone else although he was not specific. He issued that a man cannot give any lady assurance without having money. He wrote it in Yoruba which reads “Kosowo ofe fun omo ni assurance! #Zombie.” Davido and Wizkid settled a long time beef late last year after they both performed together at each other’s concept.

A male member of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has been shockingly transformed to a stunning woman with the help of make-up artistry in Akwa Ibom. At the NYSC Permanent Orientation Camp located at Ikot Itie Udung area of Akwa Ibom State, some corps members were mandated to indulge themselves in one skill during the 3-weeks programme.
